How we work — the interior design process
Read moreHere is our proven design path — we would love to take you along it!
1. Pre-design stage
We prepare a moodboard — a colour scheme that sketches out the initial direction of the project. This simple set of interior inspirations, created together with the investor, makes it easy to define expectations regarding the style, colours and mood we want to achieve in the interior.
We tailor our projects to your budget. All the materials and furniture used in the design will meet both your quality and financial expectations.
2. Space planning
We develop up to three functional layouts that show how the space is arranged on a 2D plan. Each layout is discussed in detail so you can be sure the chosen one meets all of your expectations.
3. Interior visualisations
We prepare interior visualisations for the chosen functional layout, presenting up to two colour variants. At this stage we select tiles, flooring, wall finishes and furniture.
4. Information for the contractor
We produce the design documentation matched to the chosen scope of work. The drawings are discussed so you can be sure all the information is included. Once the renovation begins, we arrange a meeting with the investor and the contractor to go through the project in detail.
5. Support during delivery
Our clients receive complete offers and quotes for finishing materials, bespoke furniture and tradespeople's services — all at favourable prices. This saves precious time and reduces the stress of renovation.
6. Project supervision
We offer our clients project supervision, during which we monitor and resolve the issues that arise on site. Supervision is based on cooperation with the finishing team working with our office, through scheduled visits to the site. This service is priced individually.
