1. Concept Design Package - PLN 99/m²
This package shows the look of the designed interior together with basic information
about the materials and furnishings presented in the visualisations. A "light" version of the project, for an investor who does not need extensive technical documentation and simply wants a clear picture of what the space can become.

- -proposed interior furnishings (furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, fittings),
- -proposed materials for the project (floors, walls).
2. Working Design Package - PLN 159/m²
This package shows the look of the designed interior and includes the essential technical drawings for the renovation team. The materials used are calculated and priced to support the investor in preparing for the renovation. A good choice for an investor who already has a trusted team of contractors.
- -interior visualisations,
- -dimensioned room layouts,
- -wall and doorway repositioning, demolitions,
- -technical drawings showing electrical and water connections,
- -ceiling plans indicating lighting installation,
- -a schedule of interior furnishings (furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, fittings),
- -a schedule of materials used in the project (floors, walls),
- -availability of the chosen furnishings and materials
in specific shops, plus a calculation of the quantities of materials required for the works.
3. Full Design Package - PLN 219/m²
A complete package showing the look of the designed interior. It includes all the drawings the renovation team needs, complemented with interior details. Bespoke furniture is drawn in detail, which speeds up the production process. Materials are calculated and priced to support the investor in preparing for the renovation. The ideal option for busy people who value comfort and time.

- -availability of the chosen furnishings and materials
in specific shops, plus a calculation of the quantities of materials required for the works.
4. Project Coordinator
Our studio has the technical knowledge and experience to provide full supervision over the renovation works.
- The architect coordinating the project handles direct contact with the renovation contractors, resolves the questions that arise during the works and personally supervises them on site. During inspections they monitor the progress and quality of the work.
- The coordinator organises the supply of the materials needed for the works, places orders for interior furnishings and commissions the production of bespoke furniture.
- The investor is kept informed about the progress of the works and their delivery against the schedule.
- This form of cooperation takes the entire burden of supervising the renovation off the investor. The architect hands over an interior that is ready to move into.
5. ADDITIONAL services
As part of the chosen design package we offer:
- -A free on-site measurement of the interior in Upper Silesia and the surrounding area.
- -We choose materials from local suppliers and manufacturers, so you can see them in person, and we order samples if a product is unavailable. Finishing materials and products for our clients come with additional discounts. We work with reliable suppliers of furniture, flooring, sanitary ware and fittings.
- - Individual visits to shops so we can review the selected materials together.
- -Access to trusted renovation teams we work with on our projects.
- -Access to makers of bespoke cabinetry (kitchens, units, wardrobes) and upholstered furniture (padded panels, sofas) who treat our clients as a priority.
